Spring is the time to leave the beach and the Great Ocean Road and head into the bush around Anglesea. Wildflowers are at their best in the heathlands and bush orchids can be spotted on short walks close to the town fringe. Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September is the annual Angair Wildflower Show and Art Exhibition in Anglesea. Discover in the flower displays what makes the heathlands important .
The art exhibition has a focus on flora, fauna and the natural environment. I have two sculptures in the exhibition in limestone and steel – they sit well in a natural or coastal garden setting or courtyard.
